MCREAF

Ming Chiang's principal, Yu-Te Su, and key members of the team hold professional qualifications in real estate appraisal, urban planning engineering, land administration, real estate brokerage and sales, business valuation, trust services, futures brokerage, or securities investment trust and advisory services. They provide comprehensive services in land economics and land management, including real estate appraisal; urban and rural planning (non-urban development permits and land-use reclassification, and the preparation, comprehensive review and amendment of urban plans); property brokerage; property registration; property tax consultation; real estate financial planning; movable asset appraisal; intangible asset valuation; and business valuation.

The business was established to value teamwork, obey the law, act with integrity, share knowledge, strive for progress and uphold fairness. Its MCREAF values encourage collaborative planning (MASTERMIND), responsibility and concentration (CONCENTRATION), harmonious relationships (RELATIONSHIP), enthusiasm (ENTHUSIASTIC), accurate thinking (ACCURATE) and confidence (FAITH), so that clients experience service like fine tea, with a lasting finish. Guided by these beliefs, beginning in 2014 (ROC year 103), the principal successively established Ming Chiang Land Administration Agent Firm, Ming Chiang Real Estate Appraisal Firm, Ming Chiang Asset Identification Ltd., Ming Chiang Urban Planning Engineering Firm and Ming Chiang Real Estate Co., Ltd.

Through the Ming Chiang Land Economics & Land Management professional team, clients receive comprehensive professional services in land economics and land management.

Business Philosophy

Integrity as the foundation; sincerity that reaches people.

The principal was born in 1979, the year Taiwan experienced rice-bran oil poisoning and counterfeit liquor incidents. These events contributed to the emergence of consumer protection organisations such as the Consumers' Foundation. The original account observes that recurring food safety incidents affect health, related industries, the country's reputation and public trust.

Although food processing has a purpose, excessive processing can obscure the fundamental, original taste that moves people and can adversely affect health. Such food may look appealing, smell attractive and initially taste impressive, yet fail to leave a meaningful impression when savoured.

Before founding Ming Chiang, the principal worked at three companies or firms whose names shared the Chinese word xin, meaning trust. The account recalls Confucius' teachings that a community cannot stand without trust and that a person without trustworthiness lacks an essential basis for conduct. These experiences reinforced the belief that integrity is the foundation of character: words and actions, and outward expression and inner intention, should agree.

The Northern Song scholar Cheng Yi taught that sincere treatment invites sincerity in return. Good service resembles fine tea: mellow, refreshing and naturally fragrant, with a lingering finish. Fine tea appeals to the eye, nose and palate, yet also continues to touch the drinker when carefully appreciated.

With integrity at its foundation, the business seeks to offer dependable services adapted to local conditions and each client's needs. The name Ming Chiang expresses the aspiration that clients experience service “like fine tea, with a strong, lasting finish.” This is the purpose of the Ming Chiang Land Economics & Land Management professional team.
